Customer Service Agent (Dutch & French mandatory)

To join us in this beautiful journey, we are looking for a nice and dynamic person (we also like competent people) to reinforce our team.

Your mission

As a Customer Service Agent, you are the main point of contact of our customers for Belgium and Netherlands by accompanying them from order to delivery. You work in close collaboration with the other departments (logistics, finance, ...).

Your main tasks are:

1. Customer contact management (e-mails, phone, ...);
2. Establishment of quotations for customers and entry of orders received by telephone, e-mail or social media;
3. Processing of customer requests (complaints, requests for information, ...);
4. Relay requests to the service concerned (finance, production, operations ...);
5. Tracking orders in progress to ensure smooth operation;
6. Preparing excel sheets, letters, PowerPoint presentations;
7. And a lot of various tasks which will depends on the day-to-day needs.

Essential requirements:

Before applying, you must fulfill the 8 conditions below:

1. You are business fluent in Dutchh and French (English is a big plus);
2. You have a strong experience as Customer ServiceAgent;
3. You can handle stress;
4. You can manage several tasks at the same time;
5. You know how to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
6. You like teamwork;
7. You are flexible - we are a small team where helping is key!
8. You are definitely a nice person… we are!
