The Product Assurance, Risk & Security (PARS) organization exists to keep our customers and partners safe, protect associates, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Compliance Operations (C-Ops) is the operational arm of the organization. The team partners with worldwide program teams to classify products and ensure Amazon’s product listings follow regulatory and legal compliance guidelines. C-Ops supports regulatory compliance requirements for Amazon’s worldwide programs such as Restricted Products, Dangerous Goods, Global Trade Services, Product Assurance, Food Safety and Product Safety.
We are searching for an eLearning Developer to join the C-Ops LXD team. This position needs practical experience in digital content development and graphic design and will work closely with and follow the storyboards submitted by Learning Experience Designers (LXDs).
The eLearning Developer is expected to uplift the quality of produced digital content by inventing, simplifying and insisting on high quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
A. Development Role:
- Create engaging eLearning SCORM packages
- Create learning assets/graphics
- Create eLearning templates
- Edit audio and video segments
- Conduct internal QA and UAT
- Upload and maintain SCORM package on LMS

- Update course output based on feedback


B. Consultative Role:
- Advise on the interactivities that best serve the purpose of the learning experience
- Advise on the UX/UI that best enrich the learning experience
- Suggest learning assets, look and feel that make the ouput more visually appealing and engaging
- Continuously seek improvement in eLearning output
- Cultivate strong working relationships with LXDs, trainers and internal customers
