Fund Manager - Tired of being an Auditor?

We are currently working with a real estate investment firm that is looking to enhance and expand their workforce in Luxembourg. This multinational corporation was created over 30 years ago and has expanded globally with offices all over the world. The Luxembourg team is in full development mode, hence why this new position of Fund Manager has been created.

The person who will fulfil this position will be managed and trained directly by the CFO and will therefore gain all his expertise. Responsibilities | Fund Manager

• You will be the primary point of contact for external auditors, depositary banks, transfer agents and tax advisors;
• You will assist local financial teams for large alternative investment funds;
• You will authenticate new investors, thus previous knowledge of KYC is needed;
• You will review all consolidated financial reports for AIF.

Profile | Fund Manager

• Hold a bachelor's degree in either Finance and/or Accounting;
• Any additional qualifications are a plus;
• You speak English; German is a competitive advantage;
• 5 years of experience as an Auditor in a Big 4 or as already as a Fund Manager;
• Solid knowledge of LuxGaap, IFRS and consolidation. USGaap is a plus;
• Knowledge of alternative assets such as real estate and AIFMD.
