Insurance Product Manager (M/F)

While Talantlers offers talent attraction solutions to Luxembourg financial institutions and we get from our past experience an excellent understanding of insurance business, we have been mandated by a member of the Management to Search & Select an Insurance Product Manager.

Your main missions:

Participate in the design of new life insurance products (market analysis, integration of customer expectations and specifications);
Ensure the role of Product Project Leader and coordinate the project from design to implementation with the hole organization;
Prepare specifications, subscription documents and general terms and conditions;
Analyse the existing market (needs, opportunities) and seek new markets;
Work closely with distribution networks and operational services;
Monitor the portfolios in terms of evolution and profitability;
Actively participate in the development of traditional and digital marketing campaigns within the company;
Train distribution networks on designed products.

Your profile:

University degree in Economics or equivalent (ideally in the insurance field);
Successful experience in a similar role with good market knowledge;
Excellent communication skills (internally and externally) in a multicultural environment;
Creative, curious and visionary mind, you know how to imagine and implement new solutions and products;
Customer and business oriented, with good writing and synthetic skills;
Solid professional rigor, critical thinking and proactivity;
Strong team player, available and flexible;
Willingness to continuously improve and learn;
Agility in a complex and changing environment;
Fluency in French and English (German and any other language is a plus).
