Knowledge Management Lawyer – Banking and Finance

As a result of the continuous increase of our activities, we are currently looking for a:

Knowledge Management Lawyer – Banking and Finance (m/f)

Your role:

As part of our central knowledge management group, you will be assigned to our Banking and Finance practice. Under the supervision and guidance of the director in charge of knowledge management and with the support of the Banking and Finance management team your mission will be, among other things, to:

• Contribute to the firm’s know-how by performing tasks such as drafting and updating of legal templates;
• Gather internal know-how and ensure its appropriate dissemination;
• Update and enhance our internal online tools, keeping the dedicated Intranet page up-to-date;
• Monitor the most recent legal developments in the market, share them with your team members and, more broadly, within the firm;
• Provide the diverse Banking & Finance teams with regular updates for internal or external purposes (including newsflashes, brochures, publications, ...) and liaise with the marketing team;
• Organise, coordinate and actively participate in our internal Banking & Finance technical meetings and contribute to their development;
• Prepare conferences (gathering the relevant documentation, presentations, etc.);
• Work closely with other KM team members and support the various legal automation and artificial intelligence initiatives within Banking and Finance teams.
  
  

Your profile:

• You have an excellent academic record with a University degree in law;
• You have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of Banking and Financial services, ideally gained in Luxembourg;
• You have a perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken. Fluency in German is considered an asset;
• You have good technical knowledge and solid drafting skills;
• You are a dynamic, autonomous and resilient team player who is able to motivate the others;
• You are able to facilitate, organise and support the development of the internal knowledge management resources within the Banking & Finance team including providing training sessions to new joiners;
• You have effective communication skills and the ability to keep your stakeholders informed in a timely manner;
• You are a self-starter and have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• You demonstrate your commitment to the role.
