The Product Development Senior Officer – Application and Onboarding Process will have the opportunity to shape and support the growth of our business in a fast-changing environment. As part of the Product Development team in the Marketing & Sales department, you will play an important role in how Advanzia positions financial products to customers. This opportunity is a full-time CDI contract.

ABOUT THE JOB - What will you do?

As a Product Development Officer, you will be responsible for the following activities:

- Own the key process of customer application and onboarding for credit cards, insurance and deposit products
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Lifecycle Management, Customer Relations, Project Management, Risk and Finance
- Coordinate and prioritise requirements from different stakeholders
- Constantly optimise existing customer application and onboarding processes across markets
- Draft business change requirements and work closely with Business Engineering in implementing process changes
- Define relevant process KPIs and ensure regular reporting
- Act as a key participant in product development initiatives and projects
- Ensure processes comply with legal, regulatory and process related requirements on an ongoing basis
- Research and analyse competitor processes

ABOUT YOU l What’s your background?

- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in economics/
business, project management or equivalent education
- Strong project management skills and experience in process mapping
- Good understanding of process requirements especially in terms of risk, operations and IT
- Well practiced in analysing data for the purposes of improving product features and processes
- Experience in a financial services or retail-banking environment is a plus
- Experience in design thinking and agile working methods desired

- Commercially driven mindset and results oriented
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
