Greenfield are very happy to assist a very well know home appliance manufacturer in their search of a Sales Coordinator. The position is consists of 30% Sales Administrative Support, which concerns the contract creation and follow-up, as well as the client onboarding and any other admin support activities for the sales team AND 70% as Show room consultant, advising clients in the showroom about the products, organizing events, support in various projects (e.g. digitalization, website, etc.).

 

The Role:

  • Advise the clients in our showroom, analyze their needs and recommend the appropriate product
  • Demonstration of products in the showroom
  • Maintenance of the showroom
  • Support in organizing events
  • Data input for customer orders and organizing of corresponding appointments,
  • Processing of customer complaints
  • Support in various projects involving the improvement of the showroom
  • Administrative support for the sales department including contract management and follow-up

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor in Marketing, Business or Economics
  • First experience in a client-facing role (sales, customer service, event management, etc.)
  • Excellent level English, fluent in German and French, Luxembourgish being a strong asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation
