· Bachelor’s degree in Business or in related field
· Multiple years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics or manufacturing
· Experience in preparation, analysis and presentation of key performance data
· Proven track record of consistently meeting goals and objectives
· Experience with analyzing big data sets (100M+ rows)
· Familiarity with supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, optimization, logistics
· Familiarity with statistical concepts and techniques and mathematical modelling
· Deep knowledge in analytics and data-driven decision-making skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
· A track record of problem solving and creativity in finding/designing new solutions and innovative methods

In this role, you will:
· Problem solve and design solutions to current processes and systems
· Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline logistics processes
· Drive and support cost saving initiatives and opportunities within Devices supply chain
· Support forecasting models
· Optimize inbound and outbound inventory placement for global logistics lanes
· Lead complex analysis to drive key strategic decisions.
· Identify opportunities to deliver step-changes in supply chain operations
· Liaise daily with cross functional teams to effectively manage key team objectives
· Liaise with Forwarders to secure capacity for ship movements and to ensure the on time delivery for all inbound shipments
· Handle tactical issues, as well as large scale project management
