Support and Helpdesk Technician

Starting date: October 1st 2021

Aginion is looking to hire a full time (40 hours per week) Support and Helpdesk Technician to work from our location in Uebersyren, Luxembourg.

You will be based at our office, on rare occasions travelling to external locations may be required. We value your flexibility and in turn provide a very flexible work environment, including home office.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing First Level Helpdesk/Support tasks, including answering calls from customers and creating tickets from Email-requests
• Resolving support requests from customers (end-users)
• Setup, migration and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, network devices, mobile devices
• 1st Level User account management
• Document case scenarios for future reference
• Research and problem resolution related to Software issues on Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X

You have skills and experience with or are interested in extending your knowledge with:

• Microsoft Windows 10
• Apple OS X
• Android and iOS Mobile Devices
• Microsoft Office
• Common 3rd Party Windows-Applications
• Hardware setup and maintenance (PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Smartphones)

Additionally, your strengths include:

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and well organized
• English language fluency
• Strong technical background and desire to learn and grow in the IT-Field
• Familiarity with ticket system and project management software
